Is it a coincidence that today, the day of Clark's thing here, features a song of the day from Kings of Leon. I wrote this at the end of 2009:

Now that he's known about them [Kings of Leon] for like a year, you'd think Clark signed them 8 years ago or something. He LOVES them--he was indignant that they lost at the AMAs. I guess it's the right balance between a good sound, a talented band, and cute boys. For perspective: Clark has no idea who Langhorne Slim is.

Yes, it's just a coincidence. A happy one.
